Sandy Shore's jazz Weekender Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or pass to the Sandy Shore’s Jazz Weekender, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein. You further agree that Sandy Shore and Smoothjazz.com, Inc. may change these terms and conditions at any time up through the date of the performances for which you are purchasing a ticket or pass. Smoothjazz.com, Inc. and the venue may, at their sole and absolute discretion, remove a holder of a ticket or pass for any reason that in the opinion of Smoothjazz.com, Inc. in any way alters, annoys, harasses, or disrupts the other ticket or pass holders, the artists, and anyone attending the weekend event.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
All Jazz Weekender ticket sales for Concerts or Excursions are final and will not be refunded for any reason. However, they are transferrable to a friend or family member if you cannot attend. Holders of valid tickets or passes are the only people authorized to enter the venue. Quail Lodge accommodations need to be cancelled or modified by 3:00pm local time 14 days prior to scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to two nights room charge plus tax.

RAIN OR SHINE
The artist lineup is subject to change up until the actual performance. All excursions are concerts will held indoors and will take place rain or shine. Wine Line excursion may move outside if weather permits. Sandy Shore or Smoothjazz.com, Inc. may, however, continue or postpone the event due to acts of God, strike, rebellion, war, civil unrest, and other matters that might cause the event to be continued or postponed that is not the sole cause of Sandy Shore or Smoothjazz.com. In the event of a continuance or postponement, all holders of valid tickets and passes will be entitled to use their same tickets for the new dates.
PHOTO POLICY
By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organizer.
INDEMNITY
All holders of tickets and passes hereby assume all risk of loss and injury by attending the event. You further agree to indemnify and hold Sandy Shore, Smoothjazz.com, Inc., its officers, agents, employees and shareholders free from any and all damages and losses of every kind and nature relating in any way to the event, your attendance at the event, and your consumption of food and alcohol at the event or immediately thereafter.
You agree that your purchase of a ticket or pass is made and conducted in Monterey, California. The laws of the State of California govern these Terms and Conditions.
