The thing that inspires me most to do what I do is the gift that I have been given to be able to create music and lyrics that touch the lives of everyone. Itís great to be able to reach so many people with the gift of playing and recording music.

In all honesty there have been several events that have lead to the most life-changing with one event leading to the next, but I believe that the most life-changing event so far in my musical career moment when my music was picked up by SmoothJazz.com Global Radio. This event has been the most exciting because of the possibilities that will hopefully expand my music career even further.

The point in my life that I decided to become a professional musician and create and record my own albums / CDís came very early. I was always attracted to different sounds and the things that made them. I started making noise at the age of 4, and at some point in time it became music. LOL. I started following Prince early in his career and was fascinated when I learned he did everything himself. I guess I followed his lead. And I became a studio engineer shortly after jr. high and built the two recording studios I now have.
What are you most proud of at this point in your life and career?
I think what has made me the most proud in my music career so far is the fact that I have been blessed enough to have been able to do all of what I have done so far all by myself. Not sounding arrogant, but I knew what I wanted at an early age and started my musical journey then by learning to play every instrument I could get my hands on, I started singing very young as well.
When the times arise for you give back for the success and abundance you enjoy, what kinds of opportunities do you look for?
I honestly believe that the time came for me to give back was a long time ago. I have been teaching music for the past 20 years as well as opening up my recording studios to record upcoming artists and teach studio engineering. I also do my best to support other upcoming artists around my city and state when time allows.
What aspect of the creative process, from concept to market, do you personally find to be the most rewarding?
The aspect of the creative process that I find most rewarding is the concept and creation of songs that are built from the experiences that people (including myself) go through. Be it good, bad, sad, life-changing, or just plain fun. I love to being able to create a song or and instrumental piece of music to reflect that emotion or time in someoneís life that they will cherish forever.
