In 2021, the inspirational Mike Williams on Sax launched his fascinating 15 Mins of Xmas EP series, with each unique volume designed as a brief, relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the Season and showcase for his robust tone and imaginative arrangements. 15 MINUTES OF XMAS, VOL. 4 keeps the tradition going in grand stylistically varied fashion, starting with a deep voiced spoken intro that evolves into a power jazz-gospel ballad with electric guitarist Mike Bryce and including a beautiful original about Xmas in NYC (featuring vocalist Jim Young) and the perfect way to ring in 2026 - a tender, nostalgic arrangement of "Auld Lang Syne."
